They all clear all filters which are applied to a table.
But ALLCROSSFILTERED(<table>) can only be used to clear filters but not to return a table.

Here is an example
Measure = SUM(Table1[sale]) Measure 2 = CALCULATE(SUM(Table1[sale]),ALL(Table2)) Measure 3 = CALCULATE(SUM(Table1[sale]),ALLCROSSFILTERED(Table2))
