A slicer for showing different kind of values

Hi Forum,

I have a challenge again.

Before we start, some information:

One simple dashboard, with some funnel charts about sales of products, grouped on date.

Now i want a slicer where i can select:

- Show me the SUM of lbs in the funnel charts

- Show me the SUM of dollars in the funnel charts

..

For example: When i select 'lbs' on the slicer, the funnel charts is showing information about the lbs of the products.

So i need a slicer that filters on 'what kind of value do you want' instead of a 'nummeric value'.

Is this possible?

Thanks.

You can create different measures for each unit (sum of lbs, sum of dollars, etc.) and then use a dynamic measure to select one of them with a slicer. See a nice solution by Phil Seamark here: https://community.powerbi.com/t5/Desktop/How-to-display-different-measures-using-a-selector/td-p/131.... Phil created a static table of measures. You can simply add a description column to your static table of measures (storing values you want to display in a slicer).
