A dynamic changing line in the graph

Hello

I have a problem with a graph. i would like a line to count the number of rows in a table, also when i apply a filter in the report.

in the picture i have created the line, and it is dynamically change if i apply a filter, but the line should be constant at 68 and not 0.

If you direct use column with summarize mode as line, it will auto filtered by current filter.(snapshot, zero graph part)

I'd like to suggest you write a measure to calculate result and use it in analytics panel:

Measure = CALCULATE('Calculate formula',ALLSELECTED('Table'))

If above not help, please share some sample data for test.
