Is there any card available in which I can show the following
A card which can show percentage of a ratio (95%) and at the same time ration values [96/101] and a description.

This is my test data ‘Table’:
Percentage =
var _total=SUMX(ALL('Table'),[Amount])
var _amount=SUM('Table'[Amount])
return DIVIDE(_amount,_total)
Value =
var _total=SUMX(ALL('Table'),[Amount])
var _amount=SUM('Table'[Amount])
return "["&_amount&"/"&_total&"]"

@Minakshi , I doubt seen any visual like this. You can group a few cards and get one such visual

I am not sure if any visual in the visual market places is there, but you can achieve this by creating a measure combining all values like:
