Hi @v-piga-msft I've since then figured out the answer to my own problem. I'm still not sure how or why it works, but another user suggested using Switch statements instead of nested IF statements and it ended up working. Didn't change anything about the logic at all:
It works now, I'm just confused on when and why to use SWITCH vs. IF. I'm using nested IF statements on a different dashboard with the exact same formulas and they work fine.

I think use DAX Formatter and format your code and post it. It will be easier to troubleshoot.
