7 days Moving Average based on different dates in rows

Hi All,

I am trying to prepare the pre and post activity report for site upgradation. Below are things I need to do can anyone help me is it possible in power bi.

1) upgradation date will be different to each site
2) want to measure a 3Kpi how it was before the upgrade and after.
3) Need to check whether it's an improving trend or in decreasing trend

All the above should be in Table data.

Ex: site 1 is upgraded at 30th Jan I want to do an average of 7 days to the pre-data and 7 days to post data.
It should be one value and multiple KPIs.

I am currently calculating in Excel but would like to convert it into PBI.

Sample Data Prepared in Excel

Thanks in advance..

Hi @nagoor,

3) Need to check whether it's an improving trend or in decreasing trend

I am not very clear about such a requirement. Which column represents "site"? What does "7 days to the pre-data and 7 days to post data" mean? If you want a same output in Power BI as that in Excel view, you can use a Power BI Matrix visual, in which add [Period] to "Columns", add [Hrs] to "Rows", and add average of Avilibility to "Values".
