32-bit download unavailable?

I am trying to download the 32-bit PBI Desktop app, but it say the URL is no longer available. I'm trying to download it from this URL: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=45331. The 64-bit downloads fine, but I can't use it due to my 32-bit Office install. Is the 32-bit version available anywhere?

Did you find a way to download the 32bit version?  I am having the same issue.  I'm trying to take a PowerBI class on edX and it's kind of hard to get started if I can't download the PowerBI desktop.

I finally got it to download.  I guess if you click on the link enough times, eventually it will download.
