2 Columns same values - count in table visualisation

Hi,

I am new to power BI, so still learning.

Currently I am trying to create a table (visualisation) that compares the count from one column to the next (before and after). The columns are grouped lists.

When I add them into a table (image below) the count comes through the same.

Any ideas or suggestions would be great?

Thanks in advance.

@Anonymous,

You may select Unpivot Columns in Query Editor, then drag [Value] to Rows and [Attribute] to Columns.
