Can I get summary of this measure

this should work:

LogonAVG:=
SUMX(
  SUMMARIZE(Table;[Subject];"Average_Value";AVERAGE(Table[Value]));
  [Average_Value])

In Summarize you create virtual columns you can use as Expression in your SUMX.
