This report was created by Zach Renwick. It uses Microsoft Flow, a Twitter connector, Azure Cognitive Services, and a streaming PBI dataset to automatically analyze text sentiment and add tweets which mention one of the three major Vancouver car sharing brands in near real-time. New tweets will automatically be analyzed and added as time passes.
The purpose of this report is to allow users to analyze tweets and determine how positively or negatively Vancouver car sharing brands are being mentioned on Twitter.
There is a desktop and mobile version available for consumption.
This solution could be expanded to create automated data alerts - say, when someone posts a negative tweet, automatically email a product manager or customer service agent, or post to a slack channel.
