In HBR November issue you could find list of 100 best-performing CEOs in the world. This is fifth time HBR publishes that kind of ranking. Methodology is quite simple 80% is long term financial results, according S&P Global 1200 index that generally means value generated in long term (market cap) and 20% ESG (environment, social and governance) witch means social responsibility.

CEOs point out biggest challenges in today business world and they are: velocity, short-term thinking and millennials. CEOs admit that role of CEO is overrated and we must look more on management teams.
Interesting that TOP CEOs and HBR editor Adi Ignatius talking about millennials as one of challenges companies are facing today. Sorrell: "Attitudes among youg people have changed. Rather than sticking ar something for a long time, they go from job to job - like bees going from flower to flower and getting pollen.".
