In answer to a question asked elsewhere, this uses three custom visuals:

  1. Cards With States by OKViz (Gallery)
  2. Play Axis by Margarida Prozil (Gallery)
  3. An undistributed custom viz for the digital rain.

I've loaded the PBIX. It's pretty basic with the Play Axis controlling a sequence that the Cards With States displays once you "choose the red pill".
