This Report focuses on the Payroll Analysis of the Hotel Industry.
Any Hotel have 4 main cost centers:
Food & Beverage.
Housekeeping is the biggest department in any hotel in terms of budget and no. of employees and it can make or break the guest sentiments. It is also crucial for the housekeeping department to be time and budget bound.
This report analyses the no. of minutes spent in various areas of the housekeeping department such as room cleaning, supervisors role, houseman’s role and various others. It is also focussed deeply with day & date specific granularity, Month specific results and overall trend.
This report is dedicated to the PowerBI community Members who would like to develop Proof of Concept in this area.

For more specific Power BI Dashboard and Report for Human Resource Department. Advaiya developed Power BI dashboards and reports for the client to provide faster and better insights into their human resources data. The client wanted to visualize headcount statistics, and similar HR metrics on a single interface and reduce dependency on a large number of operational reports.
Advaiya, leveraging data related to headcount, finance, and internal Azure usage from multiple sources including SSAS cubes and SQL queries from SQL Server, developed a Power BI dashboard, and Excel reports using Power Pivot Data Model. Advaiya also helped the client gain deeper insights into the technical seller roles’ growth trends and attrition using custom analysis.

Seems like the report is available for registered users only, but still I have to say it is a great job! Hotel industry develops as fast as travel business today, I think accomodation booking sites are the most prosperous and profitable type of sites today when it comes to tourism.
