Report tracking call center KPI metrics. The dashboard is casually divided into 3 sections, from left to right:
1. Quick overview of call KPIs
2. Call inisghts with tooltip word analysis and other drill downs
3. Agent performance summary
This report looks exactly like what I am looking to do within our organisation.
Basically I want to visualise call trends throughout each day (per 30 min or 60 min intervals) over a selected date period (1 day, 1 week, 1 month etc)
Do you have the pbix file that I could look at to see how you achieved the visual?
