    Hi Michael,

    I'm specifically referencing this: https://powerbi.microsoft.com/en-us/documentation/powerbi-desktop-import-and-display-kpis/

    High level steps are:

    1. Connect and shape data using PowerQuery
    2. Load data to PowerPivot Model
    3. Create Explicit measure in PowerPivot
    4. Create KPI from measure
    5. Save and Close File
    6. Open Power BI Desktop
    7. Navigate to File>Import>Excel Workbook Contents
    8. Import PowerPivot Model and Contents using Dialog
    9. View Hierarchy in Field List
    10. Visualize using Matrix Preview

Hope this helps - accept as solution if it works for you!

    Charles

I'm using the Matrix Preview + Import and Display KPI Preview feature to generate the matrix visualization.

    @cwebb22 Thank you

What is "Import and Display KPI Preview feature ..."

How do you put the "green/red/yellow" KPI's into matrix?

    I miss something

    Thanks

    Michael

Oh, I see. You are using the "KPI's from measure" feature...!

I've forgotten it even still exists!

(Since the topic is not a question - it doesn't allow me to mark a solution, but I gave you thumbs up :))

    Thanks a lot!
