Hi, this is a single report that show information of  Boston's rental service from Airbnb.

I've tried to make simple the construction of report, i've only created two "measures", two "calculated column" and i've added a tooltip for the map with basic information about the housing.

i would like feedback of all of you.

I would love to try and do the same thing for Austin TX! Is there anyway you can share the process with me?  I am a new PowerBI user and am movtivated to learn.
