I know last year, we had the first Data Insights Summit 2016, https://channel9.msdn.com/events/Microsoft-Data-Insights-Summit/2016
I was in a Cloud Platform University Online(CPUO) class on Advanced Analytics and found a Microsoft Machine Learning & Data Science Summit 2016, https://channel9.msdn.com/Events/Machine-Learning-and-Data-Sciences-Conference/Data-Science-Summit-2...
Here are my questions:
1. Will the Machine Learning Summit again be separate or apart of Ignite in 2017?
2. Will the Data Insights Summit 2017 include both machine learning and data insights or will they remain separate in the foreseeable future?
It would be nice to have 4 days of Data Insights and Machines Learning. These topics are big enough to fill 4-5 days and I'm much more keen to attend these Summit events because the crowds are smaller.

Agreed @residentx to have Machine Learning part of data summit.

I was unimpressed with this year's summit personally. We need a fresh new batch of speakers. The speakers I attended couldn't even make their demos work. I will ask harder questions next year before I return to this. Also, I got bumped from my hotel for one night despite me booking back in February. Finally, I wish they would have had more engaging demos/lounge, they should have had the vendors hand out the cards for the scavenger hunt events. I visited all the vendors and I didn't even get a t-shirt!
