Hi @AnonymousPerson 
I believe as you are missing condition for 'Sales Ticket'[Comparable Sales Flag] in the measure that is why 2 rows are coming for you. 

 

If you can update your calculate function in your measure as below then I believe this should work for you.

 

Calculate( Sum( Ticket_Count), PY_DATES, Filter('Sales Ticket','Sales Ticket'[Comparable Sales Flag] = True() ) )
