I am new to dax and I’m trying to build a summary table from the model I have already built,I have a table called ‘usage produit’ ( aka product usage) and this table is the fact table in my model , and this table is linked to another via the product Id which contains the attribute FileDescription
The code I have for the summary table give me the needed result, but it contains subtotals I don’t need;
Summary Office = SUMMARIZE('usage produit',[User_Name],ROLLUP(ROLLUPGROUP( 'produit'[FileDescription (groups)])),"last_usage", CALCULATE(MIN('usage produit'[temps écoulé]),GROUPBY('produit',produit[FileDescription])),"number_office_usages" , CALCULATE( SUM('usage produit'[NbExecutions]),GROUPBY('produit',produit[FileDescription])),"number_hours_office_usage" , CALCULATE( SUM('usage produit'[Durée_totale_heures]),GROUPBY('produit',produit[FileDescription])))
I need to mention that the fact table contains data with different time entries and that should be summarized as stated in the code, if it has the same characteristics
I actually have data rows for each product and each user and the global usage per user and per product that I need to get rid of , I tried to encapsulate my code in a calculate table but I couldn’t make use of the “issubtotal” method
Thanks for your help.

If you want to create a table in the model based on other base tables, you should not use SUMMARIZE but SUMMARIZECOLUMNS. See http://dax.guide/summarizecolumns
