producer to hide beyond the average annual tonnage threshold

HELLO,
OK, i have a problem with power bi,
I created a parameter "annual tonnage threshold",

Then, a measure calculating the average annual tonnage of producers.

Then a column "Sup / Inf tonnage threshold" in my table 055, in order to hide the producers below the threshold in the matrix.

Outside my threshold variable does not work and does not interact with the average annual tonnage of producers.
I attach file and images to facilitate the understanding of my pb

Thank you!

there is the file https://gofile.io/?c=HjP5CJ

Re: producer to hide beyond the average annual tonnage threshold

As per your title of topic, you want to hide Producers having more avg than selected threshold.

For this issue,

create below measure=

Filter=if([avgmeasure]<selectedvalue(parameter[annual tonnage threshold]),1,0)

add filter to visual level filter and set it to 1.
