need help

I want to write a DAX for my conditional formatting, what is wrong with this .

 


Actual Spent Format = IF('Project Details'[state] = "closed" ) && CALCULATE(SUM('Project Details'[Custom_ActualSpentAmount]))=0
RETURN
"red"

Hi,

I am not sure how your desired outcome looks like, but please try the below whether it suits your requirement.

 

Actual Spent Format =
IF (
    SELECTEDVALUE ( 'Project Details'[state] ) = "closed"
        && SUM ( 'Project Details'[Custom_ActualSpentAmount] ) = 0,
    "red"
)
