need help dax (it's urgent)

Hello,

 

Please I want to calculate % for each quarter and not percentage of total in the following visual.

what syntax is needed to do it in dax

divide(Sum(Table[Headcount (M)]), calculate(Sum(Table[Headcount (M)]), removefilters(Table[gender]))

divide([Headcount (M)], calculate([Headcount (M)], removefilters(Table[gender]))

 

I have th field headcount culomn in my data not measure what should I do in this case
