measure that "join" two tables - tickets

Hello,

I'm having trouble creating a measure that "join" two tables.
I would like to calculate the tickets that were not assigned by a technician.
For this, I have two tables:

tickets -> contains status (open, solved)

tickets_user -> informs who is associated with the ticket (requester or tech)

ticket_user.PNGticket_table.PNG

I would like to create a rule where:

Tell
1. ticket_status = 2 from ticket_table
2. ticket_assign_type <> 2 from ticket_user

In this way, I will know the open calls that were not associated with a technician.

can you help me?

Depending on other requirements, it could be something similar to this:

[# tickets] :=
	CALCULATE(
		DISTINCTCOUNT( ticket_user[ticket_id] ),
		KEEPFILTERS( ticket_table[status] = 2),
		KEEPFILTERS( ticket_user[assign_type] <> 2 )
	)

Of course, you have to have a relationship between the tables based on ticket_id. Your fact table is ticket_user (the many-side) and a dimension is ticket_table (the one-side). The field ticket_id in both tables should be hidden.

Best
