No wonder it does not work... Please try to first learn about how to work properly with time-intelligence functions (www.sqlbi.com could help). DATESINPERIOD does not work on any table that has a column of dates. Also, measures should not really be tied to TODAY(). They should work with any date from a properly built Date table.

I think this might help some. But my main question is if it is possible to calculate this average of a measure that is set to only calculate the efficiency for yesterday's values, which is done using TODAY()-1. I recently tried using a calulated column but the value was not as accurate as I would like.
@Anonymous yes you can always to for yesterday. You need to add Measure not column,
