how to convert Data Type "Text" as Average

Hello Everyone!

I'm having a hard time to get the average of Turn Around Time (TAT) that is in the "Text Format"

my TAT format is like this "hh:mm:ss" and once i visualize this using CARD, there's no option to make it as "Average"

Note: there is no "Average" option in "Fields" that's

Average TAT = AVERAGEX ( 'Table', TIMEVALUE ( 'Table'[TAT] ) )

what result do you want?

the result i wanna get is to show in the card the Average Hours and Minutes.

for e.g. when i click the table that contains 1 data, and Turn-Around-Time is like this "08:23"-8 hours and 23 minutes, it should also reflect in the card as Average.
