filter from different column

Hello

I am not sure that the Location is correct.

 

I have a data where I have data like this:

Item

Budget cost

Flash cost

Actual cost

 

I would like to present a table according to filter (All / Budget / Flash / Actual). that will showing as follow.:

   if no filter ==>Item VS Budget / Flash / Actual cost

   Budget ==> Item VS Budget

   Flash ==> Item VS Flash

  Actual==> Item VS Actual

I don't know how to do this.
