Trying to calculate average call time for each dispatcher. I assume that you first need to sort the column by the name of the caller and only then calculate an average for each of them separately... I started writing the function in DAX but I can't reach the result....

Average(Query1[Call Duartion])
or
calculate(Average(Query1[Call Duartion]), filter(allselected(Query1), Query1[dispatcher] = max(Query1[dispatcher]) ))
