Wow% change (eg: 2019 week 32 vs 2018 week32)

Hello,

 

I have a table called YOY[date], YOY[year], YOY[week], YoY[sales]

 

I am new to powerbi does anyone know how to calculate Wow % change  yearly( need to be current year max week against last year same week)

 

eg :=2019 week 1 sales/2018 week 1 sales)-1
