Want to show the Normal count & cumulative % in Pareto chart

Hi Team,

I have prestrated to solve my issue. I am really appriciated if any body can help me..

I have an requirement that I need to show the cumulative % & normal count of Change Number as per the CI Name in Pareto chart

I have the data like below ( both column having Blank values )

Please help me with the DAX functions  or steps what need to be follow 

Output should be :-

1-  have to show normal count of change number in column value 

2 - have to show the cumulative % of change number in line value 

3 - have to CI Names in X-axis
