Turning a Table

Hi together,

I am new at Power BI. I am looking for an solution for following problem:

My sql tabel looks like this:

Alarm_1 l Alarm_2 l Alarm_3 l Alarm_4

1                 l  0               l 1                 l 1

I want to visualize the alarms with Synoptic Panel OKViz but this tool needs the data in this structure

Name            Value

Alarm_1        1

Alarm_2        0

Alarm_3        1

Alarm_4        1

What can I do to fix the problem?
