Trying to compare 2 columns from different tables

I've got two table, 'verzuimmelding' and 'verzuim' that are connected to a central date table but not to eachother.

In these tables I have date columns that I need to compare to eachother so that I can check if the right date was used for when somebody calls in sick.

But no matter what I try I can't seem to get it to work, closest I came is;

IF(LOOKUPVALUE(Verzuimmelding[Begindatum_-tijd],Verzuimmelding[Begindatum_-tijd],Verzuim[Datum]), "Yes", "No")

but that doesn't show the right dates.

= IF( LOOKUPVALUE('Sales Order'[Channel],'Sales Order'[SalesOrderLineKey],[SalesOrderLineKey]),, "Yes", "No")

Note : First Colum should be result column which you want, second and Third Column is related each other . try one more time this way i hope its helps.
