So guys i am trying to find TOP 5 Clients on the basis of expected fee , i am currently using the filter pane to find the top N but i am getting the sum of expected fee instead i want it on the basis of a single transactional value .
Also i want it for past 6 months of the maximum date available.
So my table structure is basic as below :
Client Name | Expected Fee | Date of Engagement |
XYZ | 1000 $ | 21/1/2020 |
ABC | 500 $ | 20/12/2019 |
is it possible if you could share some sample data and desired output.
@AnonymousSorry but the data is confidential.I just need the top 5 based on the fee for last 6 months.
So for example in the last 6 months "ABC" Client is having 3 records with 1000,2000,6000 respectively it showed give me the 6000 as the result.
Did you tried "Don't Summerise" Option?
this will give you data without any calculation. and you can simply use visual level filter for top 5 records.
@AnonymousI tried but it is still giving me the sum i dont know why.Can we use TOP N function in any way
