To count ocurrences between same event into a workflow

Hi All,

I wanted to count how many ocurrences happened between 2 different status into a lifecycle, for instance my lifecycle (a defect lifecycle) has the following status: Open, Assigned, Fixed, Ready for Test ,Closed.

Now, sometimes the defect goes from Ready for Test to Assigned, then I do not know how I could calculate the number of ocurrences only when a defect is moved directly from Ready for Test --> Assigned

Please any suggest?

Thanks sin advance.

Luis

You need to provide some data @luis_pflucker and there has to be a field that we can count. Row positions aren't meaningful in Power BI, so there is know way to count steps between Open and Ready for example because there are no fixed positions for the rows liek you'd think of in Excel.

How to provide sample data in the Power BI Forum - Provide data in a table format per the link, or share an Excel/CSV file via OneDrive, Dropbox, etc.. Provide expected output using a screenshot of Excel or other image. Do not provide a screenshot of the source data. I cannot paste an image into Power BI tables.
