Targets in KPI

Hi all,

I am trying to build a KPI card, but stuggeling to connect my data model with an external target or maximum value for the distinct entries in my data.

here is a view of my sample external data :

Origin Name	1-W Target
Ameenpur	0.0402
Asansol Depot	0.1967
Atmakuru	0.6037
Aurangabad Depot	0.2831
Bangalore-Bidadi-DPG	0.3301

The measure I am giving KPI value for :

1-Way Distribution =
