Sum up Amounts grouped by Currency and concatenate Currency in the measure

Hi,

I need a Measure that calculates summation of amounts based on currency (and other columns in the table). the output shall be separated by Currency.

Input Table:

DateColACurrencyAmount
01-01-20AEUR1000
01-01-20AUSD2000
01-01-20AEUR3000
01-01-20BUSD1000
02-01-20AEUR2000
02-01-20AUSD3000
02-01-20AEUR1000
02-01-20AUSD2000
02-01-20AEUR3000
02-01-20BUSD1000
02-01-20BEUR2000
02-01-20BUSD3000

Expected Output:

ColAMeasure
A10000 EUR + 7000 USD
B2000 EUR + 5000 USD

I tried with the below expression but the values are not showing correctly:

Amount = CALCULATE(SUM('Table'[Amount]), ALL('Table'[Currency]))

Total By Currency = CONCATENATEX(VALUES('Table'[Currency]), FORMAT([Amount], "###,###,##0") & " " & SELECTEDVALUE('Table'[Currency]), " + ", [Currency], ASC)

Need your immediate assistance.

Thanks in advance.

Regards,
Mannu

Hi, @modi123p , you may want to try this measure

Total By Currency =
CONCATENATEX (
    VALUES ( 'Table'[Currency] ),
    FORMAT ( CALCULATE ( SUM ( 'Table'[Amount] ) ), "#,##0" ) & " " & 'Table'[Currency],
    " + ",
    'Table'[Currency], ASC
)

Thanks to the great efforts by MS engineers to simplify syntax of DAX! Most beginners are SUCCESSFULLY MISLED to think that they could easily master DAX; but it turns out that the intricacy of the most frequently used RANKX() is still way beyond their comprehension!

DAX is simple, but NOT EASY!
