I have an urgent issue I hope someone can solve.
I have 4 tables in a tabular model that are related; Customer, Product, Sales Forecast, Sales Order Line.
All link with either Customer, product or a combination of both.
I have a calculation that is IF(SUM(Sales Order Line Qty - Sales Forecast Qty)<=0,0,SUM(Sales Order Line Qty - Sales Forecast Qty)) this is at product level.
I want to sum the result of this calculation to customer level, as the customer may have one or more products.
Just summing at Customer level gives the wrong amount. This is because a customer may have been supplied a product that has not been forecast and vice versa.
So in summary, sum the result from the lower level sum.
I think I am overthinking this lol.
I solved the problem by creating a sumx over a cross joi.
