Sum Column from 2 tables with date filter

I have a table where I am trying to calcuate the sum of charges (table 2) if the date of the charges is after the entry date from table 1. 

Table 1 has a 1 to many with Table 2

If Table2.[Service Date] > Table1.[Date Taken]

Sum Table2.[Charges]

Else 0
