Slicer -10 to 10 but not considering 0

Is posible to filter by a slicer values from -10 to 10 but not considering cero values?

Please modify the measure.

Measure Filter =
Var MinValue = MINX(ALL(TABLE),TablitaSlicer[Value])
Var MaxValue = MAXX(ALL(TABLE),TablitaSlicer[Value])
Var CurrentVal = [Elasticidad]
RETURN
IF(CurrentVal>=MinValue && CurrentVal<=MaxValue && CurrentVal<>0 ,1,0)

@Gustavo98 , Create a table without 0 and try that as a filter

filter(generateseries(-10,10,1),[value]<>0)

The last step i need is use my measure "Measure filter" to only show value 1 in my table, but i think slicer has priority over that condition and for that reason, although im trying to use Measure filter equials to 1 in objects filter pane my result had not been succesfull.

when i let know the filter which measure im using to filter? 

Slicer is showing me 10>Elasticidad>-10.

For trying to exclude zero values in Elasticidad i create another measure called Measure filter:

Measure Filter =

Var MinValue = MIN(TablitaSlicer[Value])

Var MaxValue = MAX(TablitaSlicer[Value])

Var CurrentVal = [Elasticidad]

RETURN

IF(CurrentVal>=MinValue && CurrentVal<=MaxValue && CurrentVal<>0 ,1,0)

TablitaSlicer is a calculated table with values from -10 to 10 excluding zero:
