SQL query to Dax command

I am very new to DAX i needed to convert the SQL query to DAX, I was able to do some level of filtering correct but not quite the SQL

select distinct Incident_Number, dbo.fn_Adjusted_date(a.Create_Date),a.KAMDocID
from HPD_Help_Desk h
inner join RKM_Associations a on h.Incident_Number = a.RelatedEntityPrimaryID
where h.Reported_Date between @StartInt and @EndInt
and ((a.Create_Date between h.Reported_Date and (h.Reported_Date+(24*3600))) or (h.Reported_Date > a.Create_Date and a.Create_Date < (h.Reported_Date+(24*3600))))

Here is what I was able to convert

EVALUATE(
    SUMMARIZECOLUMNS(INCIDENT[INCIDENT ID],'RKM ASSOCIATIONS'[KAMDOCID],INCIDENT[REPORTED DATE]
    FILTER(INCIDENT,INCIDENT[REPORTED DATE]>=DATEVALUE("05/20/2020") && INCIDENT[REPORTED DATE]<=DATEVALUE("05/30/2020")),
    "INCIDENT COUNT",COUNT('RKM ASSOCIATIONS'[RELATEDENTITYPRIMARYID]))
    )

but when i added one more filter like this the error is a below
