Row context? Players names with the youngest age by country (pbix link added)

I am trying to calculate the youngest player in each country.

So something like : 

any assistance would be appreciated. I would appreciate comments in any solution please so I can understand rather than copy and paste.

@johnmelbourne , Create a new column (rank) like this and filter that for 1

Column = Rankx(FILTER('Data_transfers_22-23', [Country Moving to] = EARLIER([Country Moving to]) ), [Player Age],,ASC,Dense)
