Remaining Amount Month over month

Hi Bi Developers! I'm trying to get ramining value by month and showing data as below but I couldn't get what I need:

I am using this measure but it doesn't gie me what I need:

Cumulative_Billing_Local =
CALCULATE (
[Billings_Local],
FILTER( ALL('Calendar'),
'Calendar'[Date] <= MIN( 'Calendar'[Date] )))

Any idea how to get this ? 

I don't want to get duplicated values in Prepayment and Burndown value. remaining values should work only in subtotal row
