Good evening,
I have tried several things for ranking based on Date within group since there is a very large number of posts covering this issue.
Most answers though suggest the creation of a calulated column. Nevertheless, I am able to create measures only since the data source I am connecting to is a Tabular Analysis Services model, so I am not allowed to create a calculated column in Power BI.
Also, I have to create it in PowerBI since its calculation is dependent on slicer's selected value.
The business question is "Give me the latest available for each group during the period that is selected through the slicer".
EDIT:

Is there any solution to my problem?
Thank you in advance.
@mtaram, would you be able to provide sample data and a screenshot of the desired output?
