QTD Measure with 445

I'm trying to build a measure (and eventually an area chart) that captures QTD for a 445 calendar that starts on January 1. I've gone through every community forum and Youtube tutorial I can find and still can't get the results I want. I'm continually getting a static number rather than a running total through the quarter.

Thanks! My issue wasn't so much the DAX... for some reason I wasn't using the MAX.
