Problem with calculated column

Hi, I am trying to create calculated column so I write this formula

Merge = IF(ISBLANK(Table1[CODE1]) , Table1[CODE2] , Table1[CODE1])

when I tried this formula on small data, it worked, but on big calculated table it does not work (data is 64K rows)

Am I doing something wrong? has anyone encountered such problem?

can you halp me?
