Hi @NilR,
You can create a dashboard with pinned tiles from your report. See here.
The rendering mechanism of tiles is different and you may get better results.
If you are using Power BI Premium (like a PPU license), you can also use caching to improve the page's initial load. See here.
You can also try to reduce the number of visuals on the page by using the small multiples feature (see here).
Using fewer visuals to present the same content is one of the best ways to improve performance.

@NilR there is no official or documented way to control the order of which visual render first. Usually it's from left -> right -> bottom but this is not guarantee.
Usually you don't put so many visuals at once in a pape. Should be no more then 4/5.
You should consider either split to different pages / use bookmarks to switch between them if you want to keep one page / maybe put them on a dashboard.
On top of all of that, of course put focus on improving your model and measures to gain maximum performance.
Hope that helps.
Thank you very much!!!
what do you mean when you said "/ maybe put them on a dashboard." in your last statement you said "You should consider either split to different pages / use bookmarks to switch between them if you want to keep one page / maybe put them on a dashboard."
