Percentage of total with a group removed, to not affect other percentages

I have some gender data, the majority of which is M or F, so I want to 'zoom in' with a seperate visual on the remaining groups as a % of the whole rather than a % of the remaining.

For example: 100 people - 80 F, 18 M, 1 Other, 1 NB - to show a visual with only 'Other' and 'NB' showing 1% each of 100, as opposed to 50% each of 2 individuals

My columns are 'Gender' and 'Allocation Date'.
