Overrun hours per week

Hi all,

I am trying to find a calculation which can calculate the overrun hours per week.

• Budget hours  - Spent hours per week = Remaining hours per week
• How much of the spent hours made in week 1 are really billable and how much are overrun.
• I want to divide the spent hours in Billable and Overrun hrs per week

Within Excel I use a lot of if conditons but within power BI i have trouble with it. And  have the feeling that it can be easier than whitin Excel
