Hello,
I've been attempting to get occupancy to show visually day by day levels and after going through several occupancy questions I have that working using the below formula.
Unfortunately, with this solution I've been unable to summarize the data. I'd like to be able to include a slicer and see the total number of rooms occupied over that time. Using a card and slicer, this measure remains blank unless the start or end date has people staying. I'd also like to be able to look at the occupancy by day of week.
I've tried other measures as well but the ones that tended to be summarized were taking the data from the arrival date rather than the actual stay date. So a week stay arriving 2/29 would put seven days in February rather than one.
Here is the link to my report.
Thank you in advance for any and all assistance.
Seth
