Hello!! Here I am again. After several months with Qlik, we decided to change to PowerBI and I am a bit newbie.
Some answers of a survey we send to our clients are automatically discarded by the system and considered as Irrelevant. I am not able to configure the DAX formule to do it. In Qlik I have:
count({$<state = {'Irrelevant'}>} ID_sell) / count(ID_sell)
I know I need to study a lot, but coming from another language is hard 😞

@Anonymous try:
DIVIDE(
CALCULATE(COUNTROWS('Table'), 'Table'[state] = "Irrelevant"),
CALCULATE(COUNTROWS('Table'), REMOVEFILTERS('Table'[state]))
)
