Need help understaning DAX code

Hello ppl,

I have a DAX code

# Decline =
VAR __Result =
CALCULATE (
SUMX (VALUES ( 'Date'[Calendar YearWeekNumber] );
[Number of customers with responses]);
Responses[RESPONSE_TYPE] = 6)
VAR __ShowData =NOT ( ISBLANK ( __Result ) )
RETURN
SWITCH ( __ShowData; TRUE (); __Result; BLANK () )

Due to some reason, i am missing some values in this and i am not able to understand why? On the other hand if I use this formula

Test_Decline = CALCULATE([Number of customers with responses];FACT_CAMPAIGN_RESPONSE[RESPONSE_TYPE]=6)

Then i get the missing values. Can you help me understand why would there be some values missing in the first code?

We probably need a sample of the data you're running this against. Copy and paste a sample in from Excel.
